London didn’t manage to take the title back in Germany last weekend but they certainly gave it
their best shot. They went home with bronze and their heads held high, having given a good
run-out to all their new line ups. It was a good warm up tournament ahead of The Europa Cup
next month in Denmark where they hope to improve on that result.

Archie’s Bernd Best post-match analysis 03/04/2013
After a disappointing 3rd place finish at the Bernd Best, London are hoping to cross the line first
in Denmark this weekend. First place is the objective for the team as they battle it out once again
with Europe’s finest at The Europa Cup Tournament. Hoping to have learnt from their mistakes in
Germany, Coach Palmer is quietly confident of their chances of taking the silverware home this
time around given their work in the build up to the competition. The squad looks stronger, more
disciplined and hungrier than ever for this win.
The team travelled out on Thursday with one change in personal, Kylie Grimes is subbed in for
Dave Goddard in her first international tournament with London. You can follow the team’s progress
by checking out our Facebook page: London.wrc. Good luck boys and girls, lets do it properly
this time.
